SHIPPING AT A GLANCE
Free U.S. Shipping
Orders of $199 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
Orders Under $199
Standard shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-Stock Items
In-stock items generally ship within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
International Orders
Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed at checkout based on the destination.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed during regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
In-stock items generally ship within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Falana Couture is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
PROCESSING TIME VS. TRANSIT TIME
Please note that order processing time and carrier transit time are separate.
The 1–3 business day timeframe refers to the time required to process and prepare an in-stock order for shipment.
Carrier transit begins after your order has shipped. Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Weather conditions, holidays, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside of Falana Couture's control may affect delivery times.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Orders of $199 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
For orders under $199, applicable standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
At this time, Falana Couture offers standard shipping only. Expedited and rush shipping options are not currently available.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Falana Couture ships to select international destinations. Available shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing may cause delays that are outside of Falana Couture's control.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check the delivery location and contact the carrier. If additional assistance is needed, contact Falana Couture at support@falanacouture.com with your order number.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@falanacouture.com with your order information and clear, detailed photographs of the issue.
Verified damaged, defective, or incorrect orders will be handled according to our Return & Store Credit Policy.
